Shawn Fulps Littlefield worked very hard dealing with the sellers to help me negotiate the best deal we could get. She was very patient working with my overnight schedule and was able to show me the house and answer questions with flexibility for my schedule. This was my first time buying a home and she made the process easy and stress free. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. She CARED about my needs, preferences, and concerns.
